Nigella’s gooey chocolate puddings

125g finely chopped dark chocolate

125g unsalted butter

3 large eggs

150g sugar

35g plain flour

butter and flour for ramekins

Put chocolate and butter over simmering water (double boiler) and whisk every now and then until melted. In anotehr bowl whisk eggs, sugar and flour until just blended. Gradually add chocolate and butter. Set aside.

Grease and flour 250ml ramekins. Preheat oven to 200C about 1/2 hour before eating pudding. Leave them until you finish the main course.

Pour mix into ramekins on a baking tray and bake 10-12 mins until tops just firm and crak slightly and the edges are set. Serve immediately.
